Meet the Attorney

William J. Cohen graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1978. He then served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for several years in Elkhart County before opening his own practice, Cohen Law Office, in 1983. Since then, he’s been providing expert legal representation in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. An Elkhart native himself, Mr. Cohen is committed to defending the rights of his fellow community members.
